Been in line for a half a hour and it didn?t move. Well besides the people who refused to wait as long as I did. I pulled in at... 10:50pm and waited til 11:20pm and the line never moved. I called and one of employees there said it?s shift change when itclearly states y?all close at 12am on the web site. All that waiting just to try and place my order and was told there is no icecream just shakes. Also that they don?t sell ice cream and it clearly states on the board they sell ice cream. First and lasttime coming to this particular Checkers. Wish I had four hands so I could give them four thumbs down. Read more
Long wait at the speaker but the young lady was nice, friendly and helpful. Was pricier than I expected. Almost $15 for 2 sm... shakes and 2 sm fries, but my mom loves their fries so it was worth it! Read more
I did a doordash order with them only took 2 minutes for my food to arrive and when it got to me my french fries were soggy they... gave me old meat and did not toast my bun for my lover Burger. when I took it back to get it remade the manager was rolling hereyes at me and talking about me the whole time while she was remaking my order she was very unprofessional do not recommend noone go here. You don't deserve any star honestly.. Look what I found in my drink, someone spits in my dring and unfortunately I drank half... of the cup..Possibly this someone has diseases or health issues or maybe that someone has covid-19 who knows, and I may havethem too now!! This checkers is the worst checkers I ever been to it's always a problem they have u sit in drive thru waiting 20mins before you... place a order 1 time I heard at 2pm they close no explanation just close 3 other time I will be waiting in like for 10plusminutes for them to say shift change to some ppl and make others just sit and wait until ppl get irritated. Now if ppl stopcoming here alot of ppl would be out of work but I try to keep my mo ey in my community vut places like this with staff notdoing there jobs or communicating with customers as if we don't matter and without customers there is no job for them.Corporations need to come and retrain staff or just shut this store location down. I would drive further to get treated withrespect and staff to know I work hard for my money like they working for there's. Read more
