The rudest most inconsiderate group of young folk I've ever experienced! They didn't put any lemon pepper on our wings and when... we let them know they told us we had to pay extra... when everyone knows that they are supposed to put lemon pepper on the wingsbefore they give them to you... especially when they ask you if you want it when you order. This captain Jays gives me mixed vibes because they cook the food gud. At least the food I've had from them. It's the customer... service for me. Customer service sucks no matter who's working and the managers are rude. I called in to order, they took myorder. I drove all the way from the Walmart on Plymouth n Middlebelt and my order wasn't ready. They didn't even take my orderis what she said. So they played the blue's clues role but I still wanted my food. The girl them asked the manager how longwould it be and he screams I GOTTA COOK THE FOOD. I heard him in my car, thru drive thru so Ik for sure he was yelling. All inall my kids couldn't work there. Under previous management I was able to order food and pick it up in the drive thru. Under this management I wasn't allowed too.... As a special needs parent it's sometimes difficult to bring a child with autism into a crowded place. They have a sensitivity tonoise.
