This captain Jays gives me mixed vibes because they cook the food gud. At least the food I've had from them. It's the customer... service for me. Customer service sucks no matter who's working and the managers are rude. I called in to order, they took myorder. I drove all the way from the Walmart on Plymouth n Middlebelt and my order wasn't ready. They didn't even take my orderis what she said. So they played the blue's clues role but I still wanted my food. The girl them asked the manager how longwould it be and he screams I GOTTA COOK THE FOOD. I heard him in my car, thru drive thru so Ik for sure he was yelling. All inall my kids couldn't work there. I wouldn't work there but I did purchase my food from them because inspite thereunprofessionalism. My food was great. Read more
