Every time I try to order from here I have to be inconvenienced just to give them my money. They hardly ever answer the phone... and I stay about 3 mins away so I try to call in before going there every time. The rare chance that they do answer they placeyou on hold. I was on hold for 8 mins today and nobody ever returned to take my order this was after already calling for now thethird time?. (once when they picked up and hung up and second when they just simply ain?t answer) In the past have been on hold15+ mins. All times still having to wait 10-30 mins in the drive thru. , a three-piece dark, and five piece chicken strip. The three-piece dark came with a really small leg and two thighs the size... smaller than my palm. I have small hands so the fact that the thighs were half the size of my palm means that they were not evenas long as my index finger. I told them that they were smaller than normal and that I would like extra thighs to cover thedifference of what they should be. The chicken strips are not all that great today either. They are usually pretty good buttoday they got a really small batch. The jumbo shrimp probably look like the best thing and they weren't what I would normallyget. When asking for a special request on your order please make sure the order is read back to you. To the order taker please make... sure to write on the ticket the special instructions for the order it's a reason why the customer is asking for the request. Nolemon pepper on any of the chicken and I asked for it on all the fried chicken except for 8 pieces the fries were done exactlyright. I had to ask for the lemon pepper ????.
