Awful service for the last 5 years. I grew up in the area and its sad to see the service decrease tremendously! Its always an... argument about freshness or if old fries have been recooked. This location needs to close down and restructured from managementdown to team members. Read more
Look, we all know that not every fast food place can be awesome. This is one of those places. I've been here a few times... before and it's just this location. Today the floors were so sticky I literally thought I was going to get glued to the floor. It started as soon as I walked in, all the way through the register area, up until the lobby part. Clearly, no one has moppedin quite some time here. Secondly, the area where the fountain pop is seemed awfully bare. It was clean, but there wasn't anynapkins, straws, ketchup or anything. Are people stealing? Are they cheap and trying to ration their stock to keep prices low? We shall never know. My order was filled correctly, but the guy charged me an extra $1.30 compared to the menu price behindthe register. I asked him why. He stated that it was due to the cheese upcharge. I got it with cheese, but realized later hehad also upsized me the drink and fries. I would have Preferred a medium, but hey, we can't win them all. I never really payattention to this sort of stuff, but the music was kind of jamming in here. Not concert loud, but loud enough that it waspretty hard to ignore. The lobby area was large, but had hardly any seats in it. They had the ones attached to the wall and afew tables in the center but gave off a really empty feel. Overall, I really don't like this location. There's plenty of fastfood in this area to choose from and I would rather go to the Wendy's down the street where it seems to be a much betterenvironment. UNACCEPTABLE! I waited in line for 15 minutes with the line moving only once (one car). After that car left I was behind one... other car but we did NOT move from the pay window. Please note while I was behind the car at the pay window, NO ONE was at thepickup window... the worker at the pay window did nothing but stare at the empty pickup window. After 10 minutes with nomovement I left hungry and extremely disappointed!! Read more
???????????Complete Trash! Hugely dissatisfied?? I definitely DO NOT recommend , wasting your time going here. I went Sunday... morning and they had absolutely No food ?? The only thing they could sell was French toast and hash browns.. but I hope youlike them without ketchup, because they?re out of that as well! I went there July 23,2022 I had 2 whopper combo. Got home to enjoy what I thought Would be a good meal. Open my whopper to see... mold on the bun so I called Them to speak to the manager. Not only did I get A mold whopper but also attitude when explain tothe manger about the sandwich. I asked The woman for her name she told ?I dont Have a name?. Not once was I rude To this womanor blamed her about anything I just Want to come to resolution. I calmly Told the manger that I?m going to bring the sand whichup there so she can see that it had mold on it. When getting up the dining area was locked ( it wasn?t locked when I went Upthere the prior time). So I got Through the drive thru and try to explain to the cashier that I am pregnant and just got out thehospital and was hungry? before I could Finish my statement He yells well that has nothing to do with me. So I ask Him what isyour manger name? he tells me her name boss lady. I was So insulted and very disappointed because for one this not customerservice. And two this so called manger never came to the window to say anything. I asked For her twice before she came to thewindow and again I asked For her name and told me she doesn?t give out her name. I will never go to this location again I JUST SHOULD HAVE GOT OUT THE DRIVE THUR LINE when one car was returning a sandwich and... other car had to return their drinks.That location need to reevaluate staff and performance. I received fries that was harderthan my ice.The burger was straight and the nuggets but the fries was burned they wouldn?t eat that S**t so why serve it toothers and I was in a rush so I couldn?t wait for them to drop some more, the crazy part they was not busy at all. This Burger King is nasty, the bathroom floors are sticky. The male bathroom is broke and the woman bathroom is breaking.... Women?s bathroom needs Jesus, lol somebody pray for this place. Negative stars should be an option. I've been managing for 26yrs. This is absolutely the worst exp in my life. Menu board not up... to date, product not available, nonchalant service from everyone on the shift, not one smile, not one thank you and this was allbefore I was given cold food and a hot drink. When I requested a refund I was told they can't, don't and won't do one. Themanager left me sitting at the window as they served the guest behind me. She proceeded to stand in the window as I callef 911.They stood around as I sat their for over 15-20 min before she came back and asked for my receipt to process my refund. When Iasked for the GM named she said she didn't know it and closed the window in my face. I will be contacting corporate even thoughtI know this is obviously a poorly ran franchise. Read more
