Who ever is the DM of this location who ever is on you opening shift at this location is not at work opening the store and... should be fired. This is a recurring problem at your detroit locations. If your employees clocking in time says otherwise theyare lying and committing fraud as is your burger King locations by posting your business hours as open at 7am. There are noemployees present at this building even by 8:30AM. This recurring problem should be fixed be for a law suit is filed for fraudand false advertisement. Read more

Employees are so incompetent and ignorant. I came for a doordash pickup. They told me to pull around to the front and they... completely forgot about me. A guy finally comes out with the wrong order, and after notifying him he never returned with theright meal. I tried knocking on the door to get their attention, but they shrugged their shoulders and told me to get back inline. Are you serious???? This is why I don't eat from fast food restaurants. I am vegan. I wasn't feeling well today. I asked my husband to grab me one... of those impossible burgers. This is my second time having the burger and the last. Why was a piece of bacon on my impossibleburger????barely any lettuce, a small tomato & one ring of onion. I would love to give 0 stars. What happened to BK being have it your way or at least be considerate of your customers. I ordered... a meal with cheese. They didn?t give me cheese then said get back in line if you want to pay for cheese. I ordered cheese! Theysaid we can?t help you come back tomorrow for if you want to discuss a refund or get your order right with a a manager. Wouldn?tit be easier for you to care and fix my order. What if this was you? How would you want to be treated? They only take care of 1car at a time so the wait is always so long.
