There was a death of a friend and I was looking to get pita wraps or something to that effect to send over to the family. When... I searched for "Pita shops" I ended up with the number to this restaurant. My call was answered by Alex who provided, not onlyinformation but, advice for sending the best gift for the situation. This young man was VERY interested in making certain thatI received what I wanted and needed. After we had decided on the best option and we were preparing to place the order, Irealized that THIS "Blimpie" restaurant was over 30 miles away from me! I apologized to Alex and he proceeded as if there wereno inconvenience at all...AND...even helped me beyond that ... in order to best insure that I was going to be happy with what Iordered...no matter where I ordered from!!! Now, THAT was incredible. When I called back the next day to tell his managerabout what a fine gentleman and employee he had in Alex, he proudly told me that Alex was his son, to which I replied..."Welldone Dad!". The manager "Nick" told me that they pride themselves on their genuine desire to provide the best they can fortheir customers. Somehow, I believe him. Thanks both Nick and Alex for a job well done! Delicious and fast subs! Even the 6 inch subs filled me right up. Will have to try their soups next time! Edit: Changed my... review to a 5. The main cook behind the counter has one of the best personalities I have ever had the privilege of experiencing.I will return back to this location just to see his smile and have some of the most well made sandwiches I've had in a longwhile.
