I love this coffee even though they were short staffed everything was still hot and fresh
Not 24 hours, not available to the outside public, located in a hospital, walked around outside for 20 minutes trying to get in... to be redirected to the 24 hour entrance and was told to leave due to not being a doctor, patient, or visitor - this SHOULD beindicated on this as an option; good luck trying to find a late night bagel shop in Detroit. Been working at the hospital since 2017 and the service is the slowest around. If you don't have 30 minutes to spare, don't... consider stopping. Also I always have to ask the syrup to be halved because the drinks are so, so sweet. I come because I wantespresso over department coffee, but wish there was a compete in the building who can deliver consistent, timely service. Thestaff also dress very inappropriate for a professional setting at times. I will say I have never received the poor and rudecustomer service everyone is speak of.
