This place has it all! Cooks know what's up, and produce some exceptional food, especially the specials. This place is full of... history. The old man will tell you anything about the Rivertown area, and how it was when he grew up there. He'll also tell youabout the glory years back in '97 when the wings won the cup along with any famous athlete or figure that's come through thebar. My husband and I stopped in specifically because Andrew’s is a family run business and has been for more than 100 years. Our... bartender shared stories about the pub that spanned generations. She also wrote up a very detailed list of where to go in thecity and why! We enjoyed a few beers, wished we had room in our bellies for more perch (their specialty!) and coleslaw(perfect). The owners name is Tom, he’s really a great guy. My husband and I go almost every Friday some Saturdays. The Drinks are good... the Soup is Amazing don’t pass on the Tomato or Cream of Spinach.
