We ordered for pickup and it was delicious! Everything was hot when we got home which is always so nice- we got the boneless... bundle which came with 20 boneless and fries for only around $18! The Cajun and Spicy Korean BBQ are our favorites. If you lovewings, you won?t be disappointed! Read more
Absolutely disgusting. Bought 40 boneless wings after we placed our order someone calls and says we don't have carrots or celery... but they gave us a large fry for free. What place that is suppose to "specialize" in wings turns out not having the "veggie"sticks kinda goes hand to hand. Also the boneless wings were not crispy or crunchy they were really soft. Of I could rate 0 starts I would. And if I would read reviews before visiting this location I would. I visited this location at... 1030 pm, keep in mind they close at 11pm. Cashier tells me it will be a 40 minute wait. So I said sure, I will wait. I lovewingstop! As iam trying to place the order the supposed to be manager (8 years, Jonathan) tells me It will be one hour, and Isaid ok no problem iam hungry and only place open so I really didn't minded. When I agree to wait he stated ok maybe longer Thanone hour. Than he told the cashier she couldn't ring me up after I agreed to wait. He said I had to order online knowing I wouldnot be able to. Very disappointing, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL FOR 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE. I work for the industry and would never hadleft a customer disappointed Like that. Over wanting to go home. I visited the restaurant a few days ago while on vacation and I was more that please with the food, staff and environment. I... receive a warm welcome from the point of sale personnel. She was very polite and upbeat. I purchased the medium wing combo. Ireceived my meal in a timely manner and it was done to perfection. I will definitely visit this franchise again. Read more
The lady at the register was nice, but no greeting or smile. The other staff was all sitting in the back playing on their... phones. The food was hot, tasted good, and the orders were correct and quick. The restroom was out of soap and paper towels. Theback hallways was stacked up with paper products and other stock that looked like it needed to be put away. During our meal wekept waving away small flies, but I couldn't visibly see any food left out, etc., so I assumed it was because we were seatedtoward the front of the restaurant/door. Visited on Tuesday, January 10th for the first time and enjoyed everything about my experience. The restaurant was clean and... held no odor like the other reviewers have stated. The young man that took my order and served me was very nice and made sure Ihad everything I needed. The food came out about 8 minutes after I ordered and it was as fresh as could be. I order the 8 pieceboneless combo in garlic parm with regular fries. Will definitely return! Read more
If I could leave half a star I would. Ordered food, over priced, took forever, cold fries, no seasoning on the fries. Wings were... not fried extra crispy as requested. Went inside to have order corrected, staff joked about it, no apology at all. As a customerI am paying for food that is made to order. I understand accidents happen especially when it?s busy but at this time is was notbusy. Maybe if the workers were not in the back listening to random music on their cellphone, they could focus more on ordersand customer needs/service. The main guy, I can only assume is the manager was very nice and agreed to fix my fries, butliterally just came from the back with seasoning for my fries and gave them back?like sir, these are cold and not fresh at allsmh.
