Lobby isn't open for dinning. This place needs to get it together. Lackinasses. Edit: So we gave it 3 weeks and tried again.... Lobby full of people with no food. drive thru full up around the building. Half orders mixed with other people's stuff. Theplace is slammed and the manager was on her way out the door. 1 ? Worst Service of any restaurant!!! Doors to dining room would lock after use. Young gal taking orders didn?t have a clue as to... what they were doing. Lady making burgers and wrapping was as slow as honey in Alaska so slow that fries were cold by the timethe burgers were ready, not to mention rude. Have been there twice and will never go again. What a slap to the face of Wendy's as a company... I've been to Wendy's more than 500 times in my life (if I had to guess)... because of the great service and good food. This location however is the worst. The lobby is closed - no sign, just a lockeddoor. The drive thru line is the entire way around the building @ 2:00 in the afternoon. I order a sandwich and after waiting inline for 20+ minutes - I paid (at the second window because pay at the first window must be super tricky) for a double and got asingle. Wow! Lucky me... If you are going to be slow as molasses, at least get the orders right. Frickin Pathetic. Read more
This was by far the worst fast food experience we?ve ever had. We were there late last weekend. My expectations were even lower... than normal since it was so late. There were four people working. We were in the drive thru line for 1 hour and 15 min. We satat the actual order screen/speaker for 25 min - seriously. The girl taking orders kept saying they were a little behind. It wasbeyond ridiculous. Why did we even stay? Good question. Very hungry kids in the car and not many options. The whole experiencewas so insane that their district manager or whoever needs to look into this. I realize good help is hard to find these days,but the four (maybe more) people working at this location are not helping their business. I have been to fast food restaurantsat all hours in multiple states and countries and I?m telling you - I?ve never experienced anything like this. Stay clear ofthis Wendy?s. Normally this location is extremely busy and line wraps around the building, but I guess we caught a good time. Ladies handling... drive thru we sweet and accommodating. We ordered 2 of the 4 for $4 meals. We were given plenty of sauce, napkins, and food wasaccurate. Overall the experience was on point. Read more
I love the service the attention to detailed orders. They don't miss anything here. I almost drove off without my card and... they ran after me. Another day I was on a call and tried to drive off without my order. They always catch me and kind of laughit off with me makes me feel really good. Nice to have these ladies rocking the orders and keeping up with moms in the drivethrough. Very impressive Wendy's ???? the best part is they are sweet and kind when few people are this way any more.
