Just ordered from there today and, unfortunately, had a very unfriendly and unprofessional visit from both the cashier and the... manager. The cashier, at around 2:30pm, took my order and I had to repeat myself on a couple of items, (no worries about that,the items looked correct on the screen.) However, when I received the bag, I wanted to double check my order and I informed herto give me just a few seconds to check the items in the bag, due to the confusion earlier with placing my order. The cashierproceeded with telling me "no and to get out of line to check my items because there were customers behind me." I told her,again, that I just needed a few seconds to double check, but unfortunately she kept telling me not to check my order and hermanager also came to the window to tell me the same thing. The manager and the cashier were absolutely rude, impatient, andunprofessional. I am handicapped and needed a moment, but they were not understanding. I have never been told that I can't checkmy order before from a representative at a taco bell location. The transaction took only about 20 seconds for me to check theorder. I was rushed and they continued to be rude. Also, the tacos I received hardly had any meat and my burritos hardly had anybeans. I felt like I paid for full price for half the food. As you can see from the last multiple reviews the last few months,this place is being managed horribly. I hope that this location rethinks management, or please train your employees better tounderstand that handicapped people need a moment. I have to say this was not a very good experience for a family order I placed. Although my food was ready when I got there part... of the order was missing and there was no one to greet me at the counter. I made eye contact with a few people from the backbut no one even acknowledged me or said hello until I finally a few minutes later said something. Poor service uncomfortableatmosphere. I told them I wanted 3 Doritos locos tacos and I only got 1. Turns out , I had only paid for 1 and she heard me wrong. Which is... totally fine and I was willing to pay for them ! But then the girl at the drive through window told me I had to drive backaround and wait again in the line to get the tacos I had ordered originally. waited 30 minutes in drive thru to order (once you?re in line your stuck). when it was my turn to order I was asked to wait... another 4-5 minutes, then told they were out of hot sauce and lettuce. weird ? but ordered a taco supreme meal and a burritosupreme (you know?- the ones with lettuce, AND tomato, sour cream, beef and beans)?. waited at window after paying another 5-7minutes while my order was prepared (so it would be fresh)?.. below are pictures of what i received after about 40 minutes ifwaiting and $15.00. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but a smidge of crusty ?hamburger? meat in the taco?s and ONLY refried beans in theburrito. SERIOUSLY BAD. this location has been going downhill for months? Most Taco Bells are losing their touch which is why I only visit twice a year, at this point. Now, this location makes you... appreciate that fast food establishments exist; and reminds you how good the quality of food really is when you have the rightcooks. They are honestly doing it WELL. This is the first time in years that a Taco Bell restaurant got my entire order correct,and it tasted SO good. The only reason for three stars is because the woman at the drive-thru had such a disgusting attitudethat we decided to forego ordering a second time to avoid dealing with her. Read more
Taco Bell is my favorite but it?s not always consistent. Sometimes the burritos are dry and don?t have enough red sauce or... cheese but this location built my burritos exactly how I like them and they should be. The lady at the window was exceptionallynice and quick. I don?t set the bar high for fast food chains but this Taco Bell deserves 5 stars for this particular visitsince they exceeded my expectation. So the toilet was over flowing and I assume the manager was trying to keep us out the restaurant. So I was told to wait outside.... I waited 30 min and seen 5 cars go through the drive thru.
