I got an iced latte with oat milk today. I saw the barista put a tablespoon of cow?s milk in the cup after the shots were... poured. Apparently to froth it up? Then they put in oat milk. I confronted them and asked why. They then dumped it out, made anew one, then gave me a $4 gift card. Please don?t include dairy if someone didn?t order it. I am so confused. Read more
I'm not a fan of Starbucks or their coffee, but I was impressed very much by the work ethic of the crew at this Starbucks... yesterday. Twenty people waiting for coffee and this crew was working nonstop to fulfill orders. I hope they make $100/hourbecause they made Starbucks much more than that. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised by my visit! Service was quick. Half of my order was ready by the time I stepped inside and I had... just placed it a minute or two before that. The second drink in my order was placed on the counter but not what I wasexpecting. I double checked the order I placed - I had ordered iced and received hot. I asked the barista about it, she chuckledabout her mix up and quickly made the correct drink.
