BUYER BEWARE!! This business took $156 from us for a custom birthday cake, ordered 1 month in advance. We show up to find NO... CAKE. The business was closed. No phone call until 5 days later! The owner gave an incredibly convoluted ?circle speak? storyabout her sister owner seller / financing to some guy named Jason who ran the business into the ground, now the sister is havingto take the business back, but they aren?t refunding money. First let me say we LOVE small cakes. But this one fell way short, from them not having the strawberry cheese cake smallcakes,... to the smugg responses from the staff. And might I add we got the red velvet with "cream cheese" frosting, that wasn't infactcream cheese. So from a lover of SMALLCAKES Jacksonville, I do not recommend this place. Read more
