Allison?s power vinyasa was amazing. It was challenging while still being welcoming. I haven?t taken yoga in a long time, and... this class made me want to get back into it. I love Roast'd! It is my favorite yoga studio in Destin that I have found. The yoga room is soft and relaxing, and the little... coffee shop is darling. I lvoe grabbing and Acai Bowl after yoga and sitting in the courtyard by the tree after class. The staffis very friendly, and they feature local artisans in their gift shop.
