Horrible, Over 2 hours waiting with kids got the run around several. Was told it was "coming" Hungry kids, now its too late to... really eat, pizza hot kids with no digestive time makes for a bad night. My wife just ran to the convenience store to get somesnacks and back and still no pizza, no call, no response. Very poorly managed. Love papa johns but this location is extremely incompetent. Estimate on order was 60 minutes showed up and... manager said it would be another 30 minutes. Waited in car for 30 min then came in and said another 30 min. They just keepsaying we?re backed up. When I pointed out the constant moving of the times the manager said I could come back and help them outif I wanted. Extremely rude. Avoid this location if at all possible. Ordered our Pizza on-line and I was working in the area and picked it up. Order was right, early and Pizza was delicious. It... took me an hour to get home because of traffic. Just a tip, if you complain about your pizza not being delivered timely, checkthe traffic before and plan accordingly. This team worked quickly and were pushing out a ton of pizza's. Read more
I don?t mind waiting the time I?m told it will take for a pizza to be ready ? both on the phone and in person when paying ? even... if the wait is long. What?s unacceptable is to tell me after waiting that period of time that they just received a lot of ordersand that I now have to wait an additional 30 minutes. Read more
I ordered delivery from our hotel. The food was good, hot and fresh! The young lady delivering our order was nice and brought... us. Plates and condiments without requesting them, which was good because we needed them! The delivery was fast! Read more

Wednesday at lunch time is a 5-star pizza experience. I worked at a Papa John?s once upon a time and everything seemed like it... was done right. Toppings were neither skimpy nor extravagant. Flavor was perfect. The pizza was hot. Of course I was carry outfrom the automotive place next door. That helps! Price was okay for this area and the fact that every business has decided toget dramatic with overcharging.
