We had a small catering order placed online -- it was beautifully put together and everything was amazing. I was a little... concerned with the online order, you know how things can go, but the team here paid amazing attention to the details. Second bad experience so now I post a review. Last week went in to get a cinnamon roll. Took 5 minutes to have someone even... acknowledge I was in line. Only one there btw. Order a warm cinnamon roll. The server puts the cinnamon roll in the box and justhands it to me. No greeting or thank you. So I ask for it to warmed. Warms it and gives it back. Then this morning I go in noone in line 3 girls working. Get ready to place my order and she walks off because some guy said he spilled some coffee on thefloor. The other one just walks in the back and the third looked like the manager went to fill the sugar packets. So again leftstanding there, no one even made eye contact said I?ll be right with you, nothing. So I left and I?m not coming back to thislocation. Read more

An unfortunate experience compared to our hometown Panera. The staff seemed significantly more concerned with each other than... our order. The sandwich we got was not made in accordance with our special requests. Just generally unhelpful people on theline. A customer walked out due to the wait on the Kiosk because there was nobody up front. The manager was nice, but she wasprobably the only one concerned with us. Granted, is was slow, so I understand the distraction a bit, but if it?s slow I?dfigure service would be better. At least clean tables??
