We used the mobile app to order food but when we arrived, there was a sign on the door saying it was closed at 5pm for... renovation. We spoke to a girl at drivethru whom stated the system was down and there was no way to look up the order and no wayto call right now because the system was down. To try again tomorrow. We tried to cancel the orders but the app wouldn?t allow.Tried to call the McDonald?s itself, fax machine was going off in my ear, tried a few other times, went directly to voicemail.Left a message. The absolute worst experience ever . Besides placing my order that was the only time I was spoken to. Pull up to pay guy just... looks at me and holds hand out for payment. Go to next window guy hands me drinks no straws hands me bag no words were spokenabout if that was it he just stairs at me like I'm supposed to be a mind reader . Everyone's goofing around... they place my order wrong. My friend ordered a burger the cheese was cold. The Hispanic male in the... back cooking... started laughing about it when the employees brought it to his attention. They are very unprofessional worstMcDonald's to go to by far. I come to Destin very often and unfortunately this location is so dirty and unmaintained that it looks like a local burger shop... which is about to be demolished. Could not find a single clean table to sit and most tables were empty. Trash is everywhere,floors are filthy Read more
Drove through the drive through Thursday the 13th at around 5:15 pm. Drove up to pay, and the gentleman never said 1 word. Held... out his hand for card and slammed window. Opened window handed recipe and slammed window, never made eye contac5 or told meamount due. Pulled up to next window, lady opened it handed food, closed and walked away. I said HI both times. Never was 1word spoken. Nothing but glares and attitude. This was the last straw for me. I work hard too, with tourists, and yes they cansuck. But I live here, and smile and was nice and get treated like I'm a bother? Nope. Absolutely the rudest people I've everdealt with, and if I treated my guests like that, I'd be hunting a job. I know losing 1 customer won't matter to them, but Ipromise, I'll continue to tell people how we were treated. Because this isn't the 1st time, or even the 10th time. I'm done. Read more

I came this store all the time. But the workers are so rude and disrespectful. I was waiting more than 20 minutes so I ask her... can you do something please? So she said I don?t care. I never seen such rude worker. One star even to much for them!!! Read more
Was left abandoned at the drive-thru. Sat there and said hello for about a minute and a half. Someone came on the speaker asked... for my order and I told him I had a mobile order about 2 minutes of saying hello later and not getting a response, I left thedrive-thru line. Inside was a mess with two people waiting for the manager when I got inside because they had messed orders orsimilar experiences with the drive-thru. I have no idea what their food tastes like and I may never find out if this is theirservice. Read more
