The pictures are of the ?filet? that I ordered?this is actually the second one after sending the first one back. These jerks... tried to pass off a piece of top sirloin as a filet. When I pointed to a picture of a real filet on the menu, the manager toldme that it was a ?marketing filet.? We left and went across the street to Outback Steakhouse. Longhorn is fantastic for a chain restaurant. I find the steak especially far superior to the other primary chain steakhouse's... (Rhyme's with Snout Snack). The sides are amazing and complement your chosen protein wonderfully. They also nail their steak's(an important aspect of a steakhouse ????). Perhaps the best Longhorn Steakhouse we have ate in. Morgan A, our waitress, was fantastic. I call her the Ninja Waitress.... Drinks never empty, clearing table consistently, caring about our service, and most importantly a cheerful happy attentiveyoung lady. The food was fantastic. The chicken was juicy and the salmon fresh. Love the spicy chicken bites. Social distanceseating was met and very clean tables. It is a must visit place. Ask for Morgan A. "We'll be back!" Read more
Longhorns in Destin is the place to go for quality food and great customer service! Hayden was our server and I will ALWAYS... request him!! His customer service skills are unmatched. He is very knowledgeable about the menu/items and helped us to navigatethe best bang for our buck when feeding a large group! Hayden goes above and beyond. No matter how busy the crowd gets, heensures to give each customer a personable experience! He is also patient with us. Went on a busy night, and had these really delicious drinks while we waited for our table. Not sure if they make them anymore,... but one I believe was mango and the other strawberry. They put a rock candy garnish in the strawberry one. It was so yummy! Theonly downside was that we waited at the bar for a really long time, because they forgot to come tell us our table was ready. I'm a medium rare guy, and for the others like me this is the place. Perfect this chef cooked my ribeye better than I cook my... own. Center dark pink full of juice seasoned to perfection, and hot when it I got to it too. as I had went to the RR to wash upwhen it arrived. Waitress was very attentive and glasses stayed full. Manager was making his rounds checking in and was superpolite when I asked him to buy his cook a beer after work for the tip well done. We'll be back and I'm not one that eats steakaway from home often cause mines excellent. LOL Read more
