Horrible service! I feel so bad for the owner. The drive through was open but not the dining area. After waiting in a long line,... the girl that took my order was extremely rude. Like I was bothering her. Made me repeat my order 4 times. Kept talking over meand correcting me rudely and STILL GOT IT WRONG. Got home to see all the wrong donuts. The only thing good to come out of my visit here this morning were the donuts themselves. The coffee and the customer service... left a LOT to be desired. The woman that took our order made us feel like it was inconvenient for us to have even walked inthere. Then we had to throw away 3 coffees because we couldn't even drink them...very disappointed. I was visiting from Indiana and stopped by to get some donuts to take home. They had their new fall pumpkin spice donuts. I... chose 2 each of the four different kinds of pumpkin spice.. I was charge for a full dozen and then when I got back to Indianafound that I did not even have my order correct. They gave me two different kinds instead of four. Read more
The warm donuts were fantastic! The service... not so much. The inside was supposed to be open and wasn't. Understandable with... labor shortages. What was not okay was being acknowledged by the worker who then let us stand outside the door waiting on herfor 20 minutes to come unlock it. BEST DONUTS ???? IN US! Definitely one of the best donuts I ever tried from a fast food chain. The prices are very well ajusted... and the variety of donuts and sodas/smoothied is formidable. Do not dare to leave the shop without trying the original glazeddonut because the flavor is just from another world (and if it is warm, even better). **DONT GO AT NIGHT - all the bad reviews involve the night shift. -The donuts are as good here as anywhere else, but the staff,... now that?s a different story. Unsanitary behaviors from the employee packing our boxes, and we had two separate staff memberstreat us rudely on two separate visits through the drive thru. They wouldn?t accept our brand new gift cards because theircomputers couldn?t read them. They refused to find any other method of inputting the data from the gift card, so we were juststuck. We don?t have a KK where we are from, so I guess those cards will just be wasted now. The lady who packed our boxesdecided to eat part of her own food and then laugh and breathe above my open donuts container. Then, later, she decided thatwhile she was using their skewer to pull donuts, it would be ok to scratch her face with the dull side of the skewer while shehad her face over our box of donuts.
