Very disappointing. All I wanted was a simple coffee and my wife had one of their pre made drinks from the cooler. We order than... wait and see customer after customer walk in and out. Another couple who looked like us also orders before us and noticed thesame thing. Finally I asked if my coffee is close to being done and the girl said 5 more mins meantime they have been standingthere and washing other cups. When I was told 5 more mins I asked for my money back because I had to leave. Miraculously one ofthe associates came out with my coffee and said it was done. I am a buisness owner so customer service is paramount for ourbuisness and I expect at least the bare minimum. So I said keep the coffee I will take my money and was told to come back thenext day after 12 because they needed a manager. So I did not make a scene said thanks and came back the next day at 12 and wastold the manager wasn?t there to come back tomorrow. My wife said that is unacceptable and they finally called there manager toprocess the refund (something they could?ve done the first day). I still haven?t got my refund and it?s been 5 days. I eventipped them before I got my drink and didn?t get the tip back at all. Read more

Such a cute juice and smoothie spot! Love the decor and lots of places to sit and enjoy your healthy snack. They have tons of... options, but I loved the ?Be Invincible? smoothie and added protein. So clean, so friendly, and so very fresh. We both got detox bowls and they were as good to look at as they were to eat. The... PB2, local honey with fresh blueberries, bananas, along cleansing charcoal is a delicious as it is healthy. The welcomingcustomer centric atmosphere makes you feel like your part of the family. I love Formula Fresh!! I always come here for an Açaí Bowl and a Juice. It?s a great way to start my day with something super... nutritious and mega tasty! The immunity shot is my favorite- it is SO spicy with lemon, ginger, and cayenne but I definitleythink it helps if I feel myself getting sick.
