Called day prior to order sons 10th bday cake and was told to just come in since they had lots of cakes in front and back. ... Showed up to purchase said cake and when asked to write happy bday and woman refused. Jovanna was very rude when stating weneeded to order day prior and that her coworker must have not understood. Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The cashier was moving lethargically slow, and after the long line, it took us... around 5 minutes to even place the order with the speed she was going. She couldn't figure out how to enter one of the breakfastsandwiches to be on an English muffin instead of sourdough, and even then, it came out wrong. It took us 15 minutes to get ourdrinks after ordering, and another 15 minutes to get our sandwiches. 30 minutes of waiting for 3 breakfast sandwiches andcoffees. The cold foam cold brew did not come with cold foam, and the bagels for the sandwiches were burnt. Shortly after weordered, the cashier disappeared for around 10 minutes, leaving the register empty and confusing newly arriving customers. Thecherry on top was the restroom not having any toilet paper. One of us went at the beginning, notified a staff member, and thenanother went before we left, and the issue had not been resolved. It was an unpleasant situation, to say the least. We stayed right beside this Dunkin location for 7 days. It was an convenience for us to walk each morning and get coffee. Not... sure why we kept going because there was never a morning our coffee was correct. I think it is a language barrier for theemployees. It was a hit or miss. Could not use drive through; No employee taking orders. No sign directing customers to drive around, come inside, or that there... was a malfunction. Enter and there are four staff members who practically ignore customers. They only communicate with eachother. Not one wearing a headset for the drive through. Once at the register no one knows who is working the register, the drivethrough, who is making smoothies, don?t know if the espresso machine is working, etc. Turns out espresso machine was working butthey didn?t know how to use it because the coffee tasted terrible. Disgusting. Such a disappointing experience. The entirestaff, all four women need to be replaced with more professional and courteous employees who care and act like they appreciatetheir customers and the job they perform. Read more

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one greeted us. So we instead went inside. The employees were rude. I ordered a... large pumpkin cold foam cold brew with cream. I was rung up for an entirely different drink. We ordered two orders of everythingbagel minis. One of the employees brought one pair and we told them we had one more. She gave a rude stare.
