We have been to this location multiple times and they have never had all menu items available. Came in at 7:30pm and they were... completely out of chips for the night when they still had hours left of service. This has happened multiple times. My family of 4 stopped for lunch. Got 4 ten dollar bowls, 4 drinks, chips and salsa. It was 65 dollars. They ask if you want... queso on it, sure. 1.60 each. Salsa is 2.30. Had they just told us "this is an extra" cost, we would of done it but, don't slamme. Cherse was nasty though. No ice in machine. Store was filthy. I'll never eat Chipotle again. Gross. Read more
I requested an online order with a pickup time of 7:40pm. Order wasn?t ready until 8:25pm. Huge congregation of people waiting... around for their online orders for 30+ min past their pickup time, even the DoorDashers. The walk in line was moving faster.Some toppings were not included in the entrée without any question for substitutes. What is going on right now there? It used to be the best Chipotle I have ever tried, and not it is the worst since they are only... taking orders online. They always take longer that the time expected and food has not the same flavor as it used to had. Theprocess is now very slow and not satisfactory. I am local, and I will not come back again until you reopen your doors to orderat the counter again and change your dynamic as it used to be before. Read more
