We came to Destin for vacation, came to eat here twice and ordered a lot of food both times. Ellie served us both times and got... our orders perfect! She was extremely welcoming, remembered us, and was super engaging! She made our visits very enjoyable.Recommend 10/10 Read more
My husband, two of our grandchildren and I are eating at Chick-fil-A. My husband ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich with... American cheese, waffle fries and a peach shake. Our grandson got a spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a root beer. Ourgranddaughter asked for a chicken strip kids meal, waffle fries, and a lemonade. I bought an original chicken sandwich, wafflefries, and a Coke. Our food came out as soon as we sat down. It was hot, fresh, and customized to order. The only error wasthat my husband received a spicy sandwich, instead of the original one. His sandwich was remade quickly. The restrooms wereclean and stocked. Our granddaughter enjoyed the outdoor play area, while my grandson ordered and ate a second spicy chickensandwich. Parking is free in a clean lot. Recommended! Update: My family ate at this Chick-fil-A again tonight. Thedrive-through moved quickly. Our food was hot and fresh. All of our sandwiches were correctly customized. Thumbs up???? Read more
I pulled up to this chick fil a and happened to notice I was the only car in the line. The customer service was good. However,... when I got home and saw my ?large? fries. I was not happy. The picture is exactly how it looked when I pulled it out. It?s like3/4 of the way full. I may as well of payed for a medium. Read more
This Chick-fil-A location is perfect! Emma and Erin were excellent as the rest of the team. They didn?t have to treat us as... kindly as they did, but they were perfect. We were traveling out of town, and they were terrific from start to finish. Weordered so slowly and held the line. We didn?t do it on purpose, but had several orders. This process could have reallyaggravated them, but they were patient and kind. We were grateful for the customer service at this restaurant! Thank you somuch. Read more
As usual you can't go wrong with chic fila. While I ordered a custom sandwich with Pepper Jack cheese and extra pickles, the... lord saw fit for me to only have a regular sandwich. I jokingly told them about the error and promptly handed a fresh hotsandwich instantly! Never a bad experience! Read more
