So I'm reading the reviews and I had to go back to see if we were talking about the same place... My experience was great!!! The... food, ( I had wing special with fries and a drink and some fried rice) and the food was great and his customer service wasexceptional! I'm real big on customer service and if it's bad, I will 1st tell the employee, and or boss, then write a review.The guy was personable and friendly. I'm a believer in it's how you come at a person and treat them (for the most part anyway).Seems like we probably all had the same guy. Sold my entire family expired wings. I spent my hard earned money on this meat for my children. We ordered 20 pcs in total and... after biting the first wing it smell like chicken itself was left over night. The meat was rotten to the bone. We tried to getour money back and he was extremely aggressive and rude. He brought out the receipts of all of his other customers and shoutedaggressively and told us to get out and go. Please do not go here. I purchased a simple 10 piece regular wings. The meat smelled like it was spoiled, even though they have... a sign that said no refund, clearly the wings were no good. I did not want another batch of wings I wanted my money back. Read more
Chicken is average but the customer service is -1. He was very rude like he was doing us a favor like we weren?t paying... customers. The kool-aid was excellent. The wings and fries were ok. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning. The... owner/manager/cook/server/cashier one man operation can be a little rude and snappy with his response. The online prices areoutdated by about 5 yrs. They are a little expensive for the product they produce. Read more
