Long lines, customer service is bad, and they got our order wrong. After several bad experiences we won?t be coming back.

First, they tried to upsell without covering the basics such as asking ?Do you want a foam cup?? I always get a foam cup from... Smoothie King to keep my drink insulated, but instead I got a regular plastic cup. The Peanut Power Plus was not properlyblended, it has small ice chunks and peanut butter chunks. This in turn caused the smoothie to get stuck in the straw. Thewoman at the drive thru window was not pleasant. She seemed frustrated and overwhelmed. This disposition comes off as having abad attitude, or in better terms bad customer service. She also lacked patience. When she scanned my app, as my form of payment,I had a $2.00 reward, so the final payment was $4.54. She kept asking for it, but the payment eventually went through from theQR code in the app. It just took a little longer to process when applying the reward. It?s my first time at this location. I?llcontinue to go to the one on 1382 in Cedar Hill. I hope they get the help and training that?s needed. Read more

I loved my smoothie ???? it was very yummy. Berry immune support with oat milk. I drank it all up 32 oz.????????

This location is inconsistent compared to others. My husband and I have quit going because we never know what we?re going to... get. Our smoothies often taste like water and ice. The employees aren?t knowledgeable and the lines are long even when you orderonline. Read more

Awful customer service!! Rude drive thru worker and she doesn?t have knowledge of the smoothes ingredients etc!! That?s possibly... why the lines stay so long!! Not recommended. Read more
