Today I was served old chicken and old sides, I was unaware until I got home. After driving back up to the store to get my order... replaced the manager Nora only wanted to replace the chicken after I gave the entire order back minus the fries.They actuallywent through the food that I gave back to them and said that I was missing the fries. I agreed and asked if they could replacemy other side and biscuit. The manager Norma was so rude and did NOT fully replace my order after I had to drive back up to thestore after giving me old food. This is absolutely horrible customer service! I?ve never been served old food and had a place ofbusiness only want to replace a portion of the order. After I had to jump in front of a car from skipping me, the employee at the window let me order my food with no problem (... thanked him for that) the manager who I'm assuming was making the food yelled at him and made very rude comments about me,towards him because she fixed my order wrong. I simply told him the order was wrong. He nicely took it back to correct it andshe ( short black and gray hair) went on a yelling spree... then gave me a cold chicken sandwich and old chicken. I'll becontacting corporate. Please check on the employees to make sure they have a good working environment. She seem to stress himout as if she yells alot. The food was decent. But to me, the pieces of chicken seems smaller. A 2 Piece Meal at other similar restaurants are about ... $7. Theirs are $9+. Maybe these are the times we are living in. Read more
This experience was absolutely horrible, I went to this location this evening for dinner what a waste of time. I spent almost 24... dollars and three times my order was wrong. The workers were very unprofessional and once the order was finally right theychicken was very dark as I?m old so I asked for a refund. No one knew how to do the refund so again I had to wait while I guessthey call someone to help them do it. I asked for the manager, the hound who comes I?m sure wasn?t the manager still couldn?tget the refund done she wanted me to come back k tomorrow I stated I could not. Somehow they were able to do the refund and saidit would be back on my card tomorrow. The rude young man kept asking me for the food back while they were still processing therefund. I feel sorry for the people who they will give that chicken to because he did not throw it away and every time my orderwas wrong he would take the food back. That?s not saying much for being clean. the chicken was very old, red beans and rice was tasteless, rice was hard. the chicken was hard, dark and the biscuits had no... taste as well. a waste of 30 bucks. The only reason I give this place 1 star is because 0 stars is not an option. I went to this Popeyes on 10/25/2022 @4:10pm. The... lady working the drive through at this time was absolutely horrible! I had to repeat my order 5 times. After she cut me off eachand every time, I just pulled to the window in hopes that intercom was the issue. The issue was her lack of listening skills,and extreme lack of customer service skills. The dialog was the same. Order, cut me off, repeat. I asked her to listen to whatI was saying and she told me she didn't care what I was saying. At this point i knew this was the last time I'd be coming tothis Popeyes. I am now receiving my order from Popeyes Cedar Hill where everything has gone smoothly. Good customer service,and my order was correct. DO NOT patronize Popeyes Desoto!!!!!
