I went here to pick up a to-go order. Order was ready to go when I got there so great I thought! When I got it to where it... needed to go I was told that they forgot the drinks and the extra chips and salsa. Had to drive back and get it. They werelike oh yeah the drinks! No apology or anything like that, but they got it done fairly quick and got it to the people who werewaiting on it. They were happy so I was happy. But the to-go staff really needs to be more mindful of these things in myopinion. Nobody likes to drive back to get things that the restaurant failed to give in the the first place. Read more

No wait to be seated They had everyone 6 ft apart Saw staff wearing mask (some) but it was not required of guest (if that's your... thing) We got full off the chips and queso with ground beef But we did at least try our food. He got the 3 taco carnitas and Igot the big border burrito and then split that with him as well. Pleasant experience, nice service. Food was good. Service was great. Both times I've been to this location recently service has been A1. The food is cooked as it should be.... Place is clean. The beef fajitas are cooked right. Flavor is bland. Chicken was perfect. Shrimp was good. Beans and rice arebland as well. Not much flavor. I am of Mexican decent so don't take my critiquing of a "Mexican" restaurant to serious. I recently visited your Desoto location and waited over an hour for a replacement order. This location I have to say has went... down. New management is needed. The staff is horrible and management is even worse. The bar area for the entire hour I was therenever got cleaned. Several customers were complaining and canceling orders because It was very unorganized and wait to long.Once I got home and checked my order they placed my cheese on my taco and no lettuce in my bag. I will never return to thislocation. If things don't change I can see this location closing down soon. Also my sister went during lunch and they told herthat she could be seated because they didn't have enough staff members to serve her. They only had 2 servers working on thatday. Poor customer service and horrible location. I didn't post this on social media though you guys needed to know personallywhat was going on in your store. Read more
