Will not return to this location. They gave me the wrong order I ordered tender junior combo and recieved 3 piece mixed .... Called multiples before I got an answer . Then I was told by an employee Dora to return any time and they Would REPLACE MYORIGINAL ORDER. UPON returning here they gave me 2 tenders and fries. Always expect to wait 30 to 40mins in the drive through line. 3rd time coming here for a wait. Also never have all the items on... the menu. This last time I'm not planning on returning to this location. It's called fast food drive THRU. Not wait an hour forfood. Read more

Food was good and hot. I have never been in a Golden Chick that was so sloppy in the cleanliness of the dining area. No ice in... the ice machine. Drink area not wiped down and overflow all over the counter. It looked like all that was working was highschool kids. I won't be back to this one. Read more
We came through the drive through and ordered an 8 piece dinner..we get home to find that we were given cold chicken!! I called... and was told to come back to the restaurant to get our chicken freshly made, I sent my husband inside to pick up our remakeorder and he was denied because a woman I did not speak to asked for me to come inside. I had changed clothes into insideclothes and was not dressed properly to enter the building?ultimately she called the police and we were harassed by the policeofficers that arrived on scene!!! I did not appreciate how we were told we could have our order remade and instead had thepolice called on us! Not only that she issued an criminal trespass to us both for us not to return. Simply because I would notget out of the car nor would she walk outside to speak w me since I was not properly dressed. She wouldn?t even allow for us tocome through the drive through!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! First we were given cold chicken, the liedto about a remake, then harassed by the police that they called!!! Wasn?t pleased. Mac&cheese didn?t even taste like it was from a box? kraft would have been better tbh. The catfish were thin... strips, and I was expecting what the picture showed but chicken strips would have been bigger. Okra had no flavor. I was sohyped up too. There was more breading on the catfish than there were fish. Maybe they gave me that remnants of the last batchcooked. Best thing was the Brisk tea, the tartar sauce and the roll. The service I experienced last night (11/19/2022) was absolutely horrendous. Firstly, when we pulled up in the drive-thru nobody... said anything on the speaker for about 8 minutes. Then all of a sudden they tell us to pull up to the window. It was completesilence at the speaker and we didn't even get our orders taken so we were confused. Once we pulled up we told the man our orderof a 4-piece tender spicy combo. After we paid and got our meal we looked in the box and saw the chicken tenders weren't spicy.We told the man and he said they're out of spicy sauce at the moment. Well why didn't you tell us that as we were ordering?Really need to improve listening skills because then you would've heard us say spicy. Then we ask can you take it back and hesays no. I also don't understand this because they can just throw it away. So that was money wasted on a meal we didn't evenwant. There's so much incompetence at this Golden Chick nowadays.
