This location is gross,slow, and unprofessional i had Terrible experience before but this by far the worst they have roaches... they make food and go and touch the trash they got our order wrong two times and never offered a refund so then when it wasfinally done right after standing there watching them make it I go eat and there was a hair on my food! Bree, a Braums employee in Desoto is very rude and so unprofessional. She threw my money out the drive thru window in my face.... After I sat and waited for over 30 minutes for a simple icecream cone (a order no one could get correct) it looked like it wasscooped with a spoon. I asked for a refund and she had an attitude. I asked for a manager and she claimed to be one. I asked herto please stop her tone and she how she was speaking to me her response was that she wasn't calling me out of my name. Then asshe continued to argue because I continued asking for a manager is when she threw my money out the drive thru window into my carin my face. I reported her to corporate and the store manager. Nothing has been done and this was caught on cameras andpartially witnessed by the shift manager who provided me the numbers to report her. NO ONE HAS BEEN HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THISEMPLOYEES ACTIONS!!! Read more

I would give negative stars if I could. The work place was an absolute mess. Trash on the floor, scattered ice cream topings on... the counter. The windows of the ice cream box view were cloudy with dried iced cream drip. Workers with long hair were not tiedup and others were without hair nets. To top it all off, it all was absolutely slow. Arrived at 6:30pm, left close to 7:30. Iget things can get busy, but good lord, please clean as you go, and don't leave one person serving the ice cream front alone.There's just one or two people serving icecream while the rest were doing who knows what in the burger section. There's something to be said for staying power; however, staff being lackadaisical with proper food handling is inexcusable.... Unorganized appearance at ice cream counter left a bad taste in my mouth. Read more

NASTY NASTY NASTY Seriously this store needs a serious DEEP CLEANING including the employees!!!! This guy was making shakes, his... finger scraped against the metal piece that does the shakes. He was trying to see what was wrong with his finger OVER thecustomer shake. Instead of trashing the shake guess what it went straight to the customer. I told NIKA the issue & asked why hedoesn't have on gloves? She stated that he doesn't have to have on gloves with an attitude. I politely got my refund & wentelsewhere. Read more

Everyone hates their job obviously. Some lady had really long uncovered braids... in sure somebody got hair in something at... some point during her shift. Trash in bags on the floor. I had to get my own receipt. Nobody at the grocery check out. thesame people who count money amd sneeze hand you your drive thru order. Poorly run unfortunately. Read more

They were short on staff when I visited. The manager - Christie, was waiting on customers in the IC line & there was about 5... in line. She would wait on 1 person, take a break, wait on another & take another break. This continued throughout my entirevisit. When I was lucky enough to be served 40 minutes into my wait, this is the Sundae I received.... I tried to callheadquarters to make a complaint & was meet with a disgruntled receptionist who proceeded to tell me what she could not do. Ihung up in the middle of her rant so she called me back to tell me I was rude to her. Wow! Needless to say, she would not giveher name. Never expected this type of service from Braum's. Read more
