It's apparently physically impossible to get a decent meal at this location. Literally every time I've gotten food here, my... order is wrong, or the food I'm given is so old and stale, it's inedible. If i could rate this location less than one star, Iwould. I love the food at Jack in the Box usually, and this location leaves me severely disappointed and usually very upset eachtime I've came here. Don't waste your time or money on this location. Go thru drive through to order at night get treated like I shouldn't have ordered any food here like I'm bugging them......If... you don't like your job working there how about don't work there don't treat customers like they shouldn't order food there.. Read more
This Jack is the best in St.Francios county & probably the district. Inside lobby & restrooms are clean. They are short staffed... but they make the customer happy with great tasting food & a smile. New manager is filling the positions as fast as possible.They have their shift leads working doubles trying to fill the empty positions. As long they are trying I will always supportand buy Jack in the box food. Read more

I have been going to the establishment for a while and have never had issues. Always nice and respectful. Lately though, the... night shift seems to have a bad attitude towards customers such as when I have asked for extra ranch (and paid for it) theywouldn?t give me more than two and were quite rude. More specifically I?d also like to call out the gentleman who wears theKirby hat who has been rude about us asking for extra ranch before as if it?s a big hassle to put a few more in the bag evenwhen I?m paying for it. **update** management personally reached out to resolve the issue. Changed to 5 stars I don't get how the workers are always... nice and the food is hot, but the tacos never have cheese and sauce. I've waited 9+ long years to be back by a Jack in the Box to get the scrumptious tacos! They didn't disappoint and took me back!
