I went in to order 3 sandwiches today. The girl making the sandwiches was so sloppy. She paid no mind to a few of my requests on... my kids sandwich so at that point I knew if I said something it wouldn't make a difference. By the time I was closest to theregister the line was growing and the same girl who was making my sandwiches was visibly annoyed by The Rush of customers thathad just entered. I recently had a bad experience with an online order at this location but decided I would give them a secondchance because we all have bad days... but today made me realize that this employee just did not care their proportions were wayoff the sandwiches were sloppy. And after paying over $40 for a terrible experience and poorly made sandwiches I will probablynever return to this location even though it is conveniently located for me. Read more

We ordered the turkey Sub, got back to my place to eat it. The meat was rotten. I consumed part of it. I will be sick now. ????... The meats should be fresh. Very very disappointed. Our subway baci home handles food with more quality and care. Subway isusually very good, but this one in Desert Hot Springs avoid at all costs. It's not worth getting ill from food Bourne illness. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and 6 cookies through the Subway website from this store to be delivered. When they brought... the order it was missing all 3 drinks and 2 of the 3 sandwiches were completely wrong. I tried calling and it ran busy... thenstopped ringing all together. I went onto subway contact us and messaged them about the error. The owner Ramanjit Brar emailedback a canned response about the quality of the food and addressing the issue but that is it. He didn't offer any refund for the3 drinks that were missing or even for me to come in and get the drinks later on. I emailed back to try to get an answer about arefund for at least the drinks and after 2 days I still haven't heard back (the first email came within hours of the initialcontact). The delivery driver was through grubhub but I didn't order through grubhub I ordered through the subway website. Iwould not recommend this Subway, they can't even double check a ticket to make sandwiches right or send drinks along. Employees not ten minutes ago was very disrespectful to me, and I work in the same mall at the discount store at the other end... of the lot. I come in everyday and sometimes other of my Employees have came in and disrespected. If they don't want to workwith the pupil they should have not come to work today. I'm 67 years old and no kid is going to talk to me the way he call hisself. Retired from 20 years in service. It just happen about ten minutes ago. The younger with the real curtly hair. Read more

Subway here in DhS is busy. I must say everything is good. Unfortunately, there business door is always opening and closing so... much that there is flies. I hate flies! I'm sure they do too! Read more

The prices are outrageous! When I tried to call about any discounts the local subway had there was no answer, called back, no... answer, so went down there. The boy at the counter said ?We don?t have any specials and we don?t do discounts!? So I left!Won?t be back!!! Read more

Got a flat bread with Buffalo chicken, asked for extra chicken and she even gave me the water at the bottom of the container?.... The paper they wrap subs in, literally was stuck to my bread. On top of, the second sandwich we got was drowned with oil andvinegar? nice way to ruin your food Read more

I called in to ask the price and number of full subs for the sandwich platter and the girl I spoke with said they ?don?t really... do that. They only make individual subs and bowls.? So I asked when the sandwich platters were discontinued. She then askedsomeone else if they knew anything about platters and I was told I would have to come in the morning if I wanted to order one. Iasked again how many full subs are included on each platter and how they cut the sandwiches. Her answer was, ?there?s probably 6or 7 full subs and I?m not really sure how they cut them.? I then asked her what time they opened in the morning and she said,?8 or 9, one or the other.? So then I told her, ?you all work there and have no idea what time you open and you can?t answer anyof my questions?? Her response was, ?I just told you what I knew ma?am.? I have a pretty bad customer service at 2 other Subwaylocations before so this was definitely another horrible customer service experience. Everyone there has a very nonchalantattitude, like they could care less if they provide decent service. Read more
