Cashier was just sitting on her phone hiding behind register when I walked up and she didnt even know a customer was there lol.... $6 cheese fries and it barely had any fries in it. Definitely don't waste your time here like I did. If customer service isyour top priority, I'd say offer a new order when customer calls back, and have employees avoid using cell phones when customersare in the building. Just common courtesy. Ordered 20 wings, ( biggest wings ever) they came out raw in the middle. The lady at the counter took them away and recooked... them with out any complaints. We will return every time we pass through. Thank you. Read more
My wife and I called and placed an order for pick up. A few minutes later, we then decided to eat inside the restaurant... instead. When we arrived at the restaurant, we informed the staff that we ?called in? an order and decided to eat in and takethe rest of the order home. Since we ordered 2 pizzas, The staff made the first pizza and served it to us, while they made thesecond pizza before we finished eating - they explained to us that they wanted to keep the other pizza fresh and warm for us totake it to go. As a person who?s in a service industry as well as a small business entrepreneur, little things like these goesa long way. It may seem simple, but the point of this story is that the staff as well as Miguel/manager, understands thequality of services reflects the quality of their food. Wanted to try a non-chain deep dish pizza shop. This spot is a needle in a haystack. The workers are very friendly and service... was great. Our deep dish was phenomenal. I travel a lot so when I decided to come by to visit chicago all I wanted to try was deep dish pizzas. I tried this restaurant.... As one of my firsts for deep dish pizzas. I was not disappointed. It was really good! Me and my friends really enjoyed it. Thewoman at the cash register gave us great costumer service. We will be coming again. ???? Read more
