This McDonald?s (had one person in the drive through) messed up my one order, I called because I had upset kids and had to drive... back. The woman who answered advised they would give me a happy meal in replacement. As I get there, I?m argued with that I needto pay even though they messed it up! The woman who doesn?t know English, was confused by what I said. Never coming here again,not great customer service or people who understand English. Went during lunch break only cuz it was after the lunch hour rush. GIRL who took my order was rude then did a 180, slight... change, with her attitude. Boy who gave me my order was nicer. Parking is huge due to in a plaza. Read more
Placed a mobile order during my lunch break. Waited at the restaurant for 28 minutes total all for them to tell me they couldn?t... cancel and refund my order. I had order a number 7 meal and was not satisfied with what I received. First of all there may be a problem with the intercom... and my reasoning is that I received a medium fry when I ordered a large. And this could have been a mistake but one of mycheeses burgers had all the toppings and sauces on the bun but the distracted workers served it to me without the pattie. Read more
Terrible drive thru team. Rude front person. They only hustle you. I ask for plain. Gave no cheese. And put everything else but... what I asked for. They need a manager check + crew check. Read more
As expected from a franchise restaurant, very clean and brightly lit with the McDonald's food we al know. I especially like the... ability to order using the kiosk so I can tailor my meal exactly as I want AND they then bring it to your table! Read more
