One day I stopped at this... place on oakton ?des plaines? and was happy with my order steak burrito cilantro / onions and salsa verde. plus they use a grillto cook there steak not a flat top. I?ve been going here on my way home from work for the last 7 or 6 years and love there steaktacos and burritos. I call in to order my Burrito and the girl asked me if I wanted a "Super Burrito". I said, "I'm not sure, let me tell you what... I'd like in it". So, I go in to pick it up, and the price is nearly $15 for just the Burrito. Before I hand her payment shetells me to order a "Super Burrito next time because it will be a lot cheaper". She refused to ring it up for me as a "SuperBurrito" to get the better price. I told her that I didn't study the menu before I placed my order, and didn't think that it wasfair to charge me extra because I didn't use the magic word "super" when ordering. I told her to keep the Burrito, and went andordered a "Super Burrito" from a place closer to home. That girl must be a family member, because she seems pretty unemployableto me. Read more
