Food was cold, associates are rude! And literally gave me one and a half pickle. Don?t recommend this location!
Horrible experience, shift manager had an attitude, I tried to be very patient, made an order for 16 tenders and one order for 8... pc. I got 2 buckets of 8 pc. My mistake was not checking the order so I went home. My wife opened the bags and started lookingfor the tenders and picked up what was inside the bucket looking for the tenders, she touched the pieces of chicken. So she gaveme the buckets back and I drove back to the store, gave them two buckets, they looked for the tenders they couldn?t find so oneof the buckets they just gave to somebody in drive-through, the other bucket gave it back and gave me my 16 tenders. Now I haveeight pieces of chicken that are cold and 16 hot tenders. Read more
I'd why, but THIS LOCATION has the BEST version of the New chicken sandwich. I've eaten it at a few different locations, but... its definitely different, and better here. Been craving KFC lately and it's been hitting the spot, especially the chicken tenders. Tenders are crispy and taste much better... with barbecue sauce. The best freshest tenders I've had from KFC. The food was hot and prepared well. I always can be confidentabout good chicken. Great place for tenders and affordable place to eat. Coleslaw was also delicious too. Good food, decentservice. Exceptional customer service & Staff was beyond helpful. Clean, orderly, efficient and friendly team. No complaintsabout the food and even for the customer service. My family went there tonight and we needed to make sure the chicken had no dairy, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts. The lady who was... taking our order ignored what we said completely and said something unrelated. After a little bit, we realized that Englishmight not be her first language, so we tried to be as accommodating with it as possible. We knew the chicken more than likelydidn't have the allergens, but wanted to make sure, so we asked for sides with dairy to be put in a separate bag from thechicken. When we pulled up to pay for the order, we tried to ask again about the allergens and the lady ignored the questionagain, except she just said "you didn't order the Mac and cheese. It's good". When we got our order, we immediately checked thebags and the biscuit (with dairy) was on top of the chicken. The cookie was the only thing in the separate bag. The allergyquestions were for my nine-year-old sister who has all of those allergies and she's sad that some of her chicken is contaminatedbecause of someone else's ignorance. There were many ways this employee could have handled the situation, but chose to ignoreour questions and reply with answers containing little relevance. I'm very disappointed and I hope this restaurant learns fromthis rude mistake. Read more
Ordered 3 piece tender and they were old. Did not taste fresh. I'm sure they've been in the heating rack for at least hour and a... half. They looked dried as hell.. Thanks KFC. I ate mash potatoes and an ice tea for dinner. Read more
Uber eats and door dash orders are NEVER ready for pick up. When we (the driver) get here, we have to wait until everyone in... line (even customers who arrive AFTER us) has been rung up and their orders packed up and completed before the KFC employee willstart our orders. Sometimes we are here for 20 minutes!!! This is NOT right! The KFC employees are ddisrespecting our time.Orders should be filled on a first come first served basis!!! From now on when i get a KFC order request im going to REJECT themall. Popeyes doesnt do this... They always have the food ready. Do better KFC!!! Read more
