Food was cold, associates are rude! And literally gave me one and a half pickle. Don?t recommend this location!
Horrible experience, shift manager had an attitude, I tried to be very patient, made an order for 16 tenders and one order for 8... pc. I got 2 buckets of 8 pc. My mistake was not checking the order so I went home. My wife opened the bags and started lookingfor the tenders and picked up what was inside the bucket looking for the tenders, she touched the pieces of chicken. So she gaveme the buckets back and I drove back to the store, gave them two buckets, they looked for the tenders they couldn?t find so oneof the buckets they just gave to somebody in drive-through, the other bucket gave it back and gave me my 16 tenders. I'd why, but THIS LOCATION has the BEST version of the New chicken sandwich. I've eaten it at a few different locations, but... its definitely different, and better here. When we (the driver) get here, we have to wait until everyone in... line (even customers who arrive AFTER us) has been rung up and their orders packed up and completed before the KFC employee willstart our orders. Sometimes we are here for 20 minutes!!! This is NOT right! The KFC employees are ddisrespecting our time.Orders should be filled on a first come first served basis!!!
