Not busy when I went (just after 8 Pm Saturday). Was practically empty, kind in drive thru yet a little quick. Since freis were... not ready pulled around and in about 5 min they brought it out to my car. Unfortunately my 'spicy bowl' was not the spicy onewhen I got home, a quick call rectified this with a return for a replacement later. After waiting 30 minutes for a mac and cheese bowl combo my shoes actually needed to be degreased and scrubbed from how sticky... they got from being in this dirty kfc. Shoes kept legitimately gluing to the floor from all the grime and sticky soda spills anddirt leftover. Even see it on the walls dripping down. Despite waiting as long as i did even though i used the ?quick pick up?and ordered 10 minutes ahead of time, the young lady cashier didnt go the extra step as to offer to upgrade my drink or fries ormeal because of the super long wait in the dirty restaurant, and didn?t apologize for the inconvenience. I understand she wasunder a lot of pressure so im not upset, just disappointed in the mishandled coaching opportunity to make it up to a customerwhen the slack isnt being picked up. There were two female hispanic employees breaking their backs working hard to keep up withthe orders while a hispanic male sat there eating chicken on his lunch in the middle of a lunch rush at 12:45. No respect forhis coworkers because how can you comfortably eat while your team mates are drowning and all the customer?s and your coworkersare giving you dirty looks. I thought it was a thing in food service to not take breaks during peak rushes. Guess that commoncourtesy isnt utilized here. Read the room. The employees need better management to guide them. The wait time was so bad so manypeople were asking for refunds or just straight up walking out and the sad part is had that guy not sat on his arse while histeam mates struggled and had the two women apologized to anyone for the delay or offered drink upgrades or a free biscuit nobodywould have been upset. I came here to pick up an ubereats order and everybody inside just looked at me without saying anything. After about 5 minutes I... realized they were no customers in the store or drive thru so I walked out and went through the drive thru myself since it wasthe only way to get an employee to acknowledge me. I'm then told it's a 6 minute wait for the chicken so I left because theyobviously don't care about customers. Great place to grab a yummy supper when I don't feel like cooking. The people at the counter are friendly and seem to enjoy... their job. The store is kept clean as are the restrooms. Over all good place. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Read more
Very rude staff, waited 20 minutes for order. Had to go inside after being asked to pull up to the curb because food never came... out. 20 minutes later, went in to the store to ask for food all to be greeted with an attitude by a staff member asking ?do Ineed something?? Never have issues here. They are nice and fast. I love the popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes are always yummy. The Georgia Gold... tenders are so good. Not too spicy but good spicy. Bucket of chicken always has a good portion of chicken. The corn isyummy. The chocolate is awesome and they have mini ones now. This location is great. Read more

We celebrated our wish child last week who had asked for a puppy and in the midstof getting everything ready for the grand reveal, I stopped by the store and they kindly donated food towards our cause. Fool me once, shame on you. You won't fool me twice. Sadly, I won't ever purchase KFC again. The price seemed high from the... beginning, but the actual sizes of the pieces, they're tiny. Baby chicken pieces. I figured I buy a 12pc. bucket for leftovers.6 drumsticks, 6 thighs, a large cole slaw for $32. I ate 10 pieces. It was like eating buffalo wings. Never again.
