Every time we order on line it ends up being screwed up. Tonight yet again... I normally don't post bad reviews unless... warranted. I ordered the turkey & roast beef. Got plain roast beef. Ordered extra tomato, extra cucumber, extra mayo. Oil,vinegar & seasonings and cheese. Got little tomsto, little cucumber, no oil,vinegar or seasonings & regular amount of mayo. And only roast beef. My daughter's sandwich was screwed up too. How do you screw up a veggie sandwich? Well they did. Everyorder always something. Id love management to reach out to me & get a new order . Food was ok tried the new cubano and no its not a real cubano and it was too small but the customer service was excellent
So just to preference, this is the first time I ordered Jimmy Johns in months from this place. I wanted to tip in cash but on... the app they wouldn't let me and I couldn't tip nothing so I tipped a cent. Minutes later I got a call from the store asking ifthe tip was accurate and I never had once had a store or place call me about my tip. I said yes and they didn't ask me anythingelse, minutes later the delivery comes by and the driver placed my food in the bag away from the door, but placed my drink infront of the door. So, if I tried to open my door all the way I would spill the drink everywhere. To add insult to injury, thedriver saw this from the seat of his car and instead of doing anything he drove off. This level of pettiness is cringe andhonestly I support anyone from not ordering from this Jimmy Johns anytime soon. Read more
I usually don't give a negative review just based on the fact that it's a statistical fact that people are 10x more likely to... give a negative review before they give 1 positive review, but I will say this: Yet another corporate food company in our area.We pay them for simplicity of the order and delivery. The last 2 deliveries I have requested were incredibly late because theycouldn't find my address. I can walk the 10 minutes to their store, but wanted to try to give tips to their local drivers. Ifthey can't find my place which is less than 1 mile away, I refuse to order from them any longer. I am assuming they are hiringstaff at a lower wage using the 'rona as an excuse internally while paying lower wages to those begging for a job. Find anotherlocal company. Read more

I really dislike writing bad reviews but at this point, it is well deserved. This is very local to my home. I went 3 times and... each time, someone was wrong. First time, they forgot the turkey in my TURKEY TOM. Mistakes happen, I called and they gave me anew one. Second time, I asked for extras like dijon and tomatoes with NO Mayo. They just skipped that part and made it theregular way. I called to let them know, they said "You need to come back for a new one then." .....ok last 3rd time, I cashed ina free sandwich from downloading the app. I asked for cucumbers but they added pickles and forgot the cheese. I WENT BACK andthen the woman at the counter wanted to charge me for the cheese even though it was a free sub... Nobody was apologetic at all. Read more
