Ordered coffee at kids temperature but after telling him twice, he then Put some ice diluting the flavor. He dropped the donut... inside the paper bag (not on purpose) to the floor, but asked me if I wanted other donut or still that one. Read more
Got some doughnuts yesterday and they were at least 2 days old! Hard as rock! Most of the jelly ones were empty inside.

Cashier couldn't even get the order right after repeating it 3 times. Asked for caramel macchiato with a lot of sugar got... literally the most sour espresso ever. Ringed me out for 3 wake up wraps but only got 2 and both werent what they supposed to beplus the cashier just had an attitude as of she was doing me a favor making my food. Read more
I almost never review chains, but there are so many Dunkin Donuts of varying quality. This one really stands out in terms of... accuracy of your order and efficiency. The manager is obviously good. The staff are friendly. The line system is perfect. Thereare many lines open, just pick one and usually someone is taking hot coffee orders of the patrons in line. If you order food oran iced or specialty beverage, it comes out at the other end of the registers. I am in and out of here really quicklyconsidering the volume that this DD serves. I don't know how many locations do this, but this one runs specials each day. Ofnote is the Monday deal where your coffee is something like just $1 after 12 on Monday. Read more
