The whopper was fabulous! Hot and fresh and smoky with just the right amount of ketchup and mayo. Delightful! Absolutely the... best fast food burger. The food was served hot and packed very tight and fresh in the wrappers. The employees and the serviceat this location are among the friendliest I have encountered at any fast food restaurant. like to give 0 star if I could . But no choice ?? yesterday at night I went there to pick up my uber eat order for my customer.... Went drive thru there were no employees came at the windows even though there were 3 inside,until 5 mins even knocking thewindow so manytimes. One lady came at the window and yelled on me to come again all way from drive thru and want me to give theorder again even they already got the order from uber eat.. !!!!!!!!!ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!!!! Horrible service, the lady in the drive thru was being ignorant and... oblivious to signs! There was a sign at the drive thru that said, ?$5.00 gift card if we don?t give you a receipt? so the ladyat the drive thru failed to give me the receipt for two medium cups of water, so we then asked for the gift card and she wasbeing all defensive and rude and told me. ?I did not charge you for waters I charged you for something else.? And she thenclosed the window and did not tell me what she charged me for. (Total was $1.30) I don?t know why they charge much for twowaters horrible drive thru service by far in des plaines I guess their workers can?t read what they put in their store. Read more
They rang me up wrong 3 different times. Food was tasteless. Charging 50 cents for lettuce is ridiculous. Diet pop tasted... flat. So asked for a new one. Something so I asked for regular and still tasted nasty like there's no enough syrup going Intothe mix. Waste of time and money. Read more
Horriiiible place customer service is the worst . I literally was having almost accidental at the drive thru because of customer... service . Call the police on the cashier because she forced me to drive and hit the car in front of me. Will complain to themanager also . And corporate. I just ordered breakfast this morning. And my egg and cheese biscuit was over cooked and my hash browns were all crumbled up.... People spend their hard earn money on food for you guys to deliver cold food. My meal wasn?t good at all. I also called therestaurant this morning but no one picked up the phone. I had no issues with my drive through experience. They were nice and my food was actually good. I say that because at other BK... locations the whopper tasted funky and it was not grilled. This one it was great! The fries are always delicious. I will stickto this location for sure to get my whopper fix. Read more
They made me wait over 30 min for my food and there was a huge line and right when it was my turn for my food they closed and... did not serve any of us that were in line waiting to get our food. The jest they could?ve done was give us our food beforeclosing. Worst service ever. Read more
