I never leave reviews, but this Starbucks is probably the best location in the STL area. I am not in there often, but they are... always friendly and inviting. Even when they are busy the staff is still exceptional. Read more

I do enjoy a special treat at Starbucks. This particular location (mason/Clayton) makes great drinks, has ample parking and are... very friendly. I usually order a hot mocha but opted for a toasted white chocolate mocha at the advice of the Barista...it wasdelicious! Read more

Usually I have a fair experience. Typically a very long line, so I always order ahead. I'm there several times a week, so... would think they'd recognize me by now. Today it was pouring rain. There were no parking spots. I had ordered ahead, or so Ithought, my usual order. Parked in a non-parking spot because they next one was really far away and thought I'd just be runningin, grabbing my order, and running out like always. Instead there was nothing, but about 10 people waiting. So I stood by thedoor watching my car, with my son inside, antsy to get back to my illegally parked car and my child, and to get him to schooland me to work. Finally after everyone had been served and I was still standing there (which they easily could see and couldhave said, "we know you order here everyday by mobile but just so you know there's a problem today and we don't have yourorder") I asked if they'd gotten my order. She responded that the mobile app wasn't working and my order would have gone toanother store. By this point I'm getting very upset because they clearly saw me just standing there for 10 minutes and saidnothing (again knowing I have the same routine everyday). Three workers who see me at least 3-5 times a week. I explained thesituation and her response was that it would have gotten sent to another store and they would have sent a message. I explainedI didn't even have my phone because the app made it seem like it went through like it did everyday and I thought I was justrunning in and out. She said all they can do is just make the order now for me, they couldn't refund me or anything. Fairenough, but at this point I've left my car illegally parked and my son in it for 10 minutes and knew now I had to wait for myorder to actually be completed, so ran back out to wait with him, again through the pouring rain. It may be one of the smaller Starbucks, but it?s the best one I go to regularly. Luckily for me I live very close to it and go... there all the time (today actually). Despite not even going there ?that often?, staff knows me by name, knows my favorite drink,and has given me tons of drink suggestions (which I re-tried one today actually). They get it right the first time every timefrom my experience and I have honestly never returned a drink or had to have another one made ??????? Read more

The place is one of the cozier coffee shops I've been in. The inside is very clean and looks pretty trendy and there are tables... and couches to relax at. It's a good place to sit down and do some work or chat with friends. The service is pretty quick andthe employees have always been friendly. It's starting to get a little pricey but the drinks are still pretty good. Read more
