To be fair, we love Raising Cane?s regardless. We have been fans since long before they came to Missouri. And I?m sure one or... two bad experiences wouldn?t even change our minds about that. Stuff happens. But nothing bad happened today at the ManchesterRd Cane?s. In fact, it may have been our best Cane?s visit ever thanks to the young man who took our order today. He was full ofhustle and rocking the customer service above and beyond. At a time when most fast food experiences leave much to be desiredwhen it comes to customer service, it was just so refreshing to see somebody make every possible effort to make sure we feltwelcome, served, and happy. I pulled up to the drive through and was ordering the 3 piece combo. I asked for grilled chicken. Big mistake. Never say grilled... here they will tell you to go to Chick-fil-A. Make sure to say naked. Unless they will argue with you. I got my order, howeverthe arguing wasn?t necessary in my eyes. Read more
