This was my first time trying the crispy beef burrito and mexi fries, they were very good.
Stopped in for a couple burritos. Inside dining. The floor and half of the tables where filthy. Shoes stuck to to the floor and... made a sound when you walked to the dining area. There is a hill that I will die on and that Hill is that Taco Time is the best fast food in the Pacific Northwest, probably the... entire United States. The drive-thru is fast here and everyone who has taken our order has been respectful and kind. They havealways been super nice about fixing an order, even when it was our mistake. I ordered a veggie bowl at the drive through. When I got back to my office I found it had chicken in it. When I took it back... they coped an attitude and would not give me a refund, even though I had to drive back to that location to get it replaced. Read more
I went to the Des Moines location right after they opened this morning just needed a couple of tacos for a quick breakfast on my... way to work, and this was a great experience because they were extremely friendly and very fast and the food was delicious.Luckily it's right on my way but I would gladly go out of my way to visit this location more often. The food was pretty good but the dining area was filthy and the service nonexistent. Came in for an early dinner around 4::10... and there were no other customers in the place but every table was dirty. I had to dampen a paper towel and clean one myself.The floor was so disgusting my feet stuck to it while going back and forth to the bathroom. One employee was on break eating outfront and was no help. If I needed more taco sauce I had to yell back into the kitchen to get help. It?s too bad the Des Moineslocation is run so poorly because Taco Time is one of my favorite places to eat. Read more
