They're new and still working on assembling a solid team consisting of great workers. I'm a regular customer at this Popeyes and... have been coming there since day one to present, there's been struggles with good workers but give them some time and they'll bea great Popeyes. I know firsthand that manager Alex is awesome and is a great leader. If anything goes wrong, I highly suggesttalking to him and he'll make it right for you! Horribly mismanaged! Super disappointing to see 8 workers stand around talking while you wait for your order at the window at a... "fast food" joint. Ok fine service was extremely slow, but the quality of the food was awful too! There was more breading thanchicken, breading was falling off the chicken in chunks, and it tasted more like Safe way fried chicken/corn dogs thanpopeyes. After waiting another 10 minutes in the parking spot out front, they forgot my sandwich and extra sauces I paid for. Doyourself a favor and go to the King next door instead! Been here 3 times and the food was good once and came out empty handed another. The last visit I ordered food in the drive... through and when I went to pay they forgot my order and they realized they were out of stock of chicken sandwiches so I had tostay in the drive through line an additional 15min before I could leave empty handed. The staff looks pretty young andimmature/unprofessional. I'd probably give it a few more weeks before coming back if I come back. Lovely people at this location. We had a huge order for an event and the workers had great attitudes and were very kind. During... a heatwave no less! Very accommodating to my mom's extra orders during our wait and had good vibes for us customers, as well asrapport behind the counter as well. I believe that good community creates good food and was not shaken in this belief. Thefried chicken was excellently battered and moist, a generous and tasty meal. Today was opening day. It was pretty chaotic which is understandable. The employees were all very nice. My order was great,... everything tasted great, my daughters order was missing pieces. I'm sure things will get better once everything settles down andeveryone is not as rushed. It was pretty busy. It's nice to have a popeyes in our neighborhood now. ???? Read more
