The manager literally slammed the window in my face. When asked to substitute mash potatoes for coke slaw. This the not the... first time I have a bad experience with her at least she said she wad the manager. Service is terrible. I will drive the extrathree Miles before going there again. One other thing they have no communication skills. Education is so important. Read more

I ordered a bucket meal today at 9:32 pm. When I came to pick up the food for my family the attendant laughed and said they were... closed. As I type this review this KFC location is "open" according to Google. I asked if they have any food at all, willing toaccept substitutions..I work mad hours. He said we have no food. I asked what do I do? He said come back tomorrow morning foryour food and started laughing again. I was tired and never rude. I have no idea how to get my money back without spending hourson the phone. Sad face. ???? Read more

Ordered and the person fixed my order and still managed to get my order screwed up. Went back in to get it fixed and the person... tossed the one thing and gave me attitude while fixing my order. I was nice when I went in and in return got attitude for theirscrew up. Read more

This women or girls that works at this location do not have a sense of education towards older people. They talk to you however... they want it seems like they just hire uneducated people without values. They never have enough chicken, ketchup or hot sauce.Please be aware about this place. Read more

Got say worse customer service ever asked for recite was told to pull up fount no one came out after 5 min. Then to top it off... ordered 8 PC meal only got 6PC's and instead of mash potatoes got Mack & cheese. This KFC has always been hit and miss and Iwill not gamble again and will not be go back again. This is one of the worst KFC I have ever had. The women who was taken my order was rushing me to order my food for my family... and had a attitude for no reason if this is what KFC likes to hire I will never come back here ever again.. Also my food waseven cold as well I spent 50 dollars on some food and then I threw it all away I will not recommendthis KFC to no one... Thankyou KFC... Read more
