Literally sitting in the drive through right now. It?s been about 20 minutes and I haven?t even ordered. The drive through lines... are so messed up, you have to go around the Popeyes line. Most of the time it?s not like this though. Food is still good. Read more

Oct 25, 7:40 Had to repeat ourselves multiple times just to get our order wrong! AND they didn't even give us a receipt, haha... like they knew they were going to get it wrong. Got charged for a Royal chicken burger and given a regular one. The Popeyes nextdoor had such a long line and we were the only ones in line for burger King so how could you mess up the order. I guess them allgoing to Popeyes meant something.. Thanks for nothing. Edit: the food was so sad. The burgers just thrown together and thefries were so salty. Read more

This was my second time eating at this particular Burger King. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal. It took so long to get... ready as the staff is full of young adults that are probably still in their teens. They were doing their flirting and sillinesswith one another. Nevertheless once food had been had I immediately noticed that my bread was stale as if it had been sittingout in the open all night. Not only that my fries were warm and soggy. I guess it?s no big deal as I?m fairly convinced thatthe Burger King will be closed and out of business within a year of my post (unless some serious management changes saves theprojectory of this particular franchise). They built it right beside a Popeyes chicken too?.good luck? Read more

This is by far the worst fast food place I visited. Let's start with the customer service the lack of experience the noticeably... lack of attention as employees walk around talking on cell phones while making orders you never have what you advertising onyour menu and the quality of product that you guys are putting out is beyond ridiculous to be in a franchise such as Burger Kingand just to think the location just opened is the new location so this is how you start I can only imagine what your futurelooks like it's beyond ridiculous. Used wrong buns on my 2 Whoppers, then to top it off the meat patties were cold. Complained on the Burger King website but... nothing was done about it at all. They promised someone would contact me but no one did. I provide all the information theyasked for including the receipt. No store credit, no refund, That's why Burger sucks and is going downhill in my opinion. Read more

Newly opened and not really ready yet. We have a lot of business in this area and we stopped in for a late lunch. And will not... be going back anytime soon. The fish sandwich was cold inside and the bun was cold. We each had a classic chicken sandwich. They were flavorless, greasy and salty. The fries were fresh and crispy but extremely salty, we only had a few of of them. Isthe BK menu that bad now? Or is this location just not yet ready for prime time? $25 lunch for 2 and we felt almost ill aftereating there with greasy salty blah in our stomachs. We recommend you check put other options in the area. Read more

This Burger King is such a disappointment compared to all the older ones I?ve been to. This is mainly due to the fried foods... being cold and just seems like this BK location is the first one to fail at it. I?ve always been a fan of Burger King?s friedfoods. But you can definitely tell that the fries and onion rings have been ?sandbagged?. Meaning they cook large batchesbefore a rush and just leave them under a heat lamp. So when the next customer orders it, it?s fast but still not freshly hotand crispy. Overall, they lack in customer service and food quality. Read more

The breakfast sandwiches are so much better than McDonald's. This is a new location close to Des Moines which is great because... all we really had before they opened a Red Robin and Jack in the Box. Read more
