The workers were incredibly condescending and rude. We went to pick up a door dash order within the stated hours the lobby was... open. We went to the door the order was ready and we could see it. The door was locked and the employee told us if We wanted itwe'd have to wait in the huge drive thru line because she was too lazy to walk 2 feet and give it to us. It took us over 40minutes to get through the line to get the already cold food to take to the customer. Also a worker was sitting smoking in thedrive through so her smoke directly went in cars as if on purpose. It was a horrible experience. Read more

Got quite a bit of food from here. Pretty expensive, but great food. Mac and cheese could have been better ( I had better at... different locations) but other then that the service was great. No one was rude or appeared to be short. Read more

Have never had an issue til today ???? my food was over cook or sit out for a while. The chicken tenders were hard and the... original chicken I got was just over fried !!! Ordered 3 piece spicy strip meal. Looked more like 3 chicken nuggets. The potatoes only had about half a scoop. Also received no... platic ware. Prices increase while portion sizes decrease? I've never once went here and they've gotten my order correct. Rude,scurvy staff.. Read more

Ordered a very simple order, spicy tenders and sweat heat, all of those items were wrong. Order took 30 minutes to make for some... reason. Such a simple job but never a good experience or the right food. Very sad. Read more

There is 0 reason for their lobby not to be open or to at least have someone running out online orders since ?pick up in lobby?... is an option for online pick up. The line was wrapped around the building and there was 1 guy out having a smoke, 2 people atthe drive through (doing the same job) filling up soft drinks, another guy standing behind them starring off in to space and 2-3people in kitchen preparing the food. It?s not a staffing issue it?s a simple mismanagement issue. Period. Very disappointingafter all of this just to have cold/soggy food, and missing items. Very disappointing Read more

Placed an order for takeout. Had to go through drive thru to get it even when they said to pick up inside. 4 people in front of... me got the wrong order and had to go back to the end of the drive thru line. Line was wrapped around the building and employeeswere outside smoking instead of getting through the rush. Whole time I saw my order just sitting on the counter where I wasoriginally told to pick up inside but due to covid it?s not allowed still. We didn?t even get any of our sauces for the shrimpor bbq sauce. AND we didn?t get 2 of the sides with our order! Worst experience ever for a $45 order and the food wasn?t evenworth it. Horrible experience, staff was rude and could hear them talking about other customers, Mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting... and I am allergic to pickles and I asked for no pickles on both sandwiches and still got them. Not the first bad experience withthis location but it will be my last. Read more
