Got placed on hold many times when they told me my order was delivered but nothing was delivered. Impossible to submit feedback... as their system is automated and won?t let you speak to an actual human. Charged my card but no one would issue me a refund. Read more

Terrible Customer Service. Took 2 hours to receive pizzas I ordered as a thank you to my staff. Half of which were ready to... leave for the day before the pizzas ever arrived. I called to ask about rectifying the situation and the GM was very rude andtold me "just because I'm busy doesn't mean I give out free pizzas". As someone who works in customer service I was notimpressed with the way it was handled or his attitude. And as someone who orders very large amounts of pizzas for large teamevents multiple times a year I will be bringing my business elsewhere after this experience. No reason to be rude. Read more

I've never had a bad experience in the 10+ years I've been ordering. Pizza has always came hot and fresh and the breadsticks are... the best in town. The week before this order I placed an order online and unfortunately the delivery time was too long, I calledthem and got the order canceled with no issue. Read more
I order carry out from this specific location several times a month. Every time the crew is courteous and the order is always on... point. When i pick it up the service is friendly and my pizza is hot and ready. This crew rocks it! Great job! -Cody Read more
