Excellent food! Visiting from PA. Wish we had this place near us!! Way better than anything near us.

The waiters were nice, they served my food and immediately came to the table to if we wanted the check.the food I?ll give 4/10... and the margarita were 9/10. I gave the waiter a $5 tip although the experience was very uncomfortable. While we ate the staffskept looking at my table as if my guest and I would run away without paying once I paid I took a picture of the receipt becauseI felt uncomfortable about something. Once I gave them my card they took it and I signed the receipt. When I got home two dayslater I look at my bank statement and noticed they over charged me so I called to speak with the manager which one of the staffssaid he isn?t there so I told him to take down my number so his manager can call me once he gets back in the office. The staffrefused and tried telling me other excuses until I mentioned lawsuit because it was theft and that I had a copy of the receipt.Once I said that he wanted my name and number. I LOVE Old West. My partner and I eat here regularly and we are never disappointed. The food is awesome; I've taken very picky... friends and family here and even they enjoy it (which is saying a lot). The service is astonishingly fast and the servers arevery kind. We've never waited more than 15 minutes for our food, and most of the time it's ready in under 10. It bums me out tosee the negative reviews on here, because it is such a stark contrast to our experiences. Read more

When we entered, got seated to a booth, they did not offer us a high chair for baby. The place was not even busy yet, and we had... to wait about 5 minutes until we got our waters and chips and salsa. The shrimp i had ordered was cooked too long, looked likepieces of chicken, and my rice was not separated from the shrimp. The taco salad we also ordered was bland, and the steak wasnot flavorful. This may have been one of the worst meals I have ever paid for. My Lord, take some pride in your food. Cool plates, barely warm... food, poor presentation, and poor service. The melted rain coat cheese sauce is one to miss. Cheese in the enchiladas wasn'teven melted. Servers seemed annoyed at best and were very dismissive. This place was just gross. Don't do it. On the good side,chips were crispy and the place seemed to be clean, it definitely smelled like they were using some strong cleaning productswhile I was eating. The food quality and flavor is always delish. Service here was great as usual. They were super busy as I was there around 6PM.... There wasn't an empty table in the house yet my server was attentive and quick. From my observations it seemed that all theservers were making frequent rounds at all tables making sure everyone had an equal and good experience. Read more

Nice little gem tucked off Fluer Drive. We had a party nine and they got us taken care of right away. Kids had virgin daqs and... the rest of us had the adult versions. The staff here treat you like friends and family. We were celebrating a promotion amdthey celebrated with us. The food was excellent and the menu was extensive. I have done lunch here before and it is well worthit, but dinner was even better. Will be back and there is something for everyone. Read more
